Cancelation Policy

Fishy Steve understands that plans can change. The following refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and practical for all parties.

Weather & River Conditions

Fly fishing is a weather-dependent activity. Safety and quality of experience are our priority.

If Fishy Steve cancels a trip due to unsafe weather, unfishable river conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control, clients will be offered:

 

A full refund, or the option to reschedule to another available date.

Light rain, wind, or changing conditions are considered part of the outdoor experience and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

Client Cancellations

If you need to cancel your booking, the following terms apply:

7 days or more before the trip date→ Full refund or free reschedule.

3–6 days before the trip date → 50% refund or free reschedule (subject to availability).

Less than 72 hours before the trip date→ No refund.

No-shows or late arrivals that result in a shortened or missed trip are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

Fishy Steve is happy to reschedule bookings where possible, provided adequate notice is given.

Rescheduled trips must be taken within 12 months of the original booking date.

Group Bookings

For group bookings, cancellations apply to the entire group booking, not individual participants.

Any minimum numbers agreed at the time of booking still apply.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected events can occur. In exceptional circumstances (such as serious illness or emergencies), please contact us as soon as possible. Refunds or credits in these cases are at the discretion of Fishy Steve.
